ABOUT ME- "BIO"

Hey guys! My name is Shaye and I have been an ASN Athlete Ambassador for almost 3 years now and I have loved every moment of it! I am a Pharmacy Manager and I love working as a team! I have been training for a very long time now but I started up CrossFit about 4 years ago now and I absolutely love it :) I love the atmosphere and the people! I enjoy doing CrossFit competitions even tho I get very nervous it’s so exciting at the same time. I love encouraging others to push through their limits and just cheering everyone on. I occasionally go to the gym by myself but mainly love working out with other people as I feel it encourages me to go harder! One day I hope I build up the courage to do a body competition but that is a future goal for me :) I have felt incredibly lucky to be apart of the ASN Family as they have always helped me out and keep me motivated!

CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS

Fitness: To get stronger to be able to lift heavier and to be fitter then I was yesterday Health Goals: To learn more about the nutrition side of things and macros

NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)

Love my overnight oats, Greek yoghurt, Chicken wraps, Fruits and some vegetables, Green smoothies, Eggs, Chicken, Rice & the occasional chocolate

TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)

CrossFit classes 4-5times a week Gym session occasionally 1-2times a week
