From time to time, customers may notice minor differences between the Nutritional Information Panel shown online and the Nutritional Information Panel printed on the product received.

Protein powders can naturally vary between batches due to the ingredients used, including whey protein and flavour-specific inclusions. As protein is derived from natural sources, its amino acid profile and nutritional values may vary slightly from batch to batch or season to season. These natural variations can result in minor differences in figures such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, sugars, sodium, amino acids, or other listed nutrients.

In some cases, nutritional values may also differ between flavours. This is because each flavour may contain different flavouring ingredients, inclusions, or formulation adjustments that can slightly impact the final nutritional profile.

To ensure accuracy and transparency, we may update our online Nutritional Information Panels when new testing, supplier information, or manufacturer data becomes available. This may result in minor changes to the listed values online or on product packaging. These updates do not necessarily indicate a change to the product formula, ingredients, or the product supplied.

Where a product has moved from using an averaged Nutritional Information Panel across multiple flavours to flavour-specific Nutritional Information Panels, customers may notice differences between flavours or compared to previous labels. This reflects more accurate, flavour-specific information rather than an incorrect product being supplied.

Please note that minor variations in nutritional values are normal for protein powders and do not mean the product is incorrect, faulty, or different to what was ordered. Customers should always refer to the product packaging received for the most accurate and current information for that specific flavour and batch.

We aim to provide you with the highest quality pre-workout products. However, due to the nature of the ingredients used in both stimulant and non-stimulant pre-workouts and thermogenics, some products may clump over time. These ingredients are hygroscopic, meaning they naturally attract moisture from the environment. The products we sell are supplied by third party suppliers and we aren’t the manufacturer. To maintain the product's freshness and performance, we strongly recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, or even in the fridge, with the lid securely tightened after each use.

Please note the following important points regarding your purchase:

1. Clumping and Moisture Exposure:

• Clumping does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. Simply break up the clumps with a spoon or shake the container to restore usability.
• Frequent opening of the container increases exposure to air and humidity, raising the chances of clumping.

2. Storage Recommendations:

• Always keep the product in a cool, dry environment away from heat and humidity.
• Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after each use to minimise moisture exposure.

3. Return Policy:

• Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are either:
• Unopened and in original condition, or
• Opened with zero serves consumed (must include proof of no usage).

Order Collection

Orders placed using our Click and Collect service must be picked up within 7 days from the notification of availability.

Notification of Availability

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your order is ready for collection. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of placing your order.

Collection Requirements

To collect your order, you will need to present the 6 digit pin in the email or SMS.

Amendments to Collection Period

If you are unable to collect your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us before the 7-day period ends to discuss alternative arrangements. Extensions are subject to availability and discretion.

Stock Availability & Fulfillment

We strive to ensure accurate stock levels at our stores; however, on rare occasions, an item in your Click & Collect order may be unavailable due to a stock discrepancy. If this occurs, we will attempt to source your order from another ASN location or our online warehouse.

If your order needs to be shipped, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide tracking details once dispatched.

Free Sample

Free samples are available with eligible Click & Collect orders, while stock lasts.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• One sample per order only.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order is placed, changes to items or collection locations cannot be made. If you no longer require the order, please notify us, and a refund will be processed.

Rejections

While we strive to fulfill all Click & Collect orders, there may be instances where an item is unavailable due to stock discrepancies or other unforeseen issues. In the event of a rejection:

• You will be notified as soon as possible, though please allow up to a few days for processing.
• A full refund will be issued promptly after the rejection is confirmed.

Free Shipping Threshold Exclusions

Please note that our standard "Free Shipping on orders over $150" promotion does not apply to orders containing RTD cases. If a case of drinks is present in your cart at checkout, the flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 will supersede any other shipping promotions or thresholds.

Product-Specific Shipping Rates

Due to the weight and dimensions of beverage cases, these items are classified under our Bulk Shipping category. The $9.95 flat-rate fee applies to the entire order if at least one case of RTDs is included, ensuring consistent delivery pricing regardless of your location within Australia.
