ABOUT ME

I am a person that believes in hard work. No body in life will give you anything for free, so always work for the things you want. I never came from a rich family, but I was lucky enough to have a family that supported me in my decisions to what truly made me happy.

I like to keep myself active all the time. I enjoy doing various things at once, and always learning new things. I apply that to life outside of bodybuilding as well. I never really get to have a lot of down time, but because I enjoy doing the jobs and career paths I've taken, I know with my body and mental state, when it is time to have a break and rest.
