I've been using this as go-go juice for 6am CrossFit classes.
The energised feeling is very noticeable and tails off smoothly throughout the day without a crash.
(Ideal for early starts, but I wouldn't take it for evening fitness)

I got a sample pack of this and it didn't say anywhere on it the amount of caffeine in it. It only listed green coffee bean extract on the ingredients so I assumed it was low caffeine and drank the packet. It was not until after that I noticed the sample packet said it was 2 servings so I accidentally took 2 servings. Still assumed it must be low caffeine until later it effected me bad and triggered my anxiety. Then I googled it and found it had 150mg per serving, 300mg I accidentally took. They should really offer a caffeine free option as the rest of the ingredients are nice. There are stim free pre workouts on the market though most all of them are still full of artificial stuff. I like that these are natural, though I don't like caffeine.
