What you’ll need:

60g oats, raw

30g scoop of protein powder (our go-to is Evolve Vegan Protein Vanilla flavour)

20g mixed berries

100mg cashew milk (unsweetened)

5g cashew nuts, raw


  1. Measure and weight all ingredients
  2. Mix protein powder and cashew milk together until smooth.
  3. Mix oats and protein cashew milk together.
  4. Refrigerate overnight, in the morning, top with cashews and berries.
  5. Enjoy!
