2 Crushed Oreos
30g Almond Butter
40g Greek Yoghurt
20g Maple Syrup
20ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
70g White Chocolate
Method
In a bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, 1 crushed oreo, almond butter, greek yoghurt, almond milk and maple syrup until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 14 equal sized balls
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals, then coat each protein ball.
Sprinkle the remaining crushed oreo over the top of the protein balls
Pop them into the fridge for 20 minutes to set. They’ll keep fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days.
