Ingredient Swaps and Tips

For lower lactose needs

  • Evolve Cookies and Cream Protein is a WPI, which is naturally very low in lactose

  • Swap Greek yoghurt for a lactose free yoghurt if needed

  • Choose a chocolate coating that suits your tolerance

For a plant forward version

  • This recipe cannot be fully vegan due to the WPI, but you can still make it more plant focused.

  • Swap Greek yoghurt for a coconut or almond yoghurt

  • Use a dairy free style chocolate if preferredChoose a plant based milk such as almond or oat milk

Nut butter swaps

  •  Replace almond butter with peanut butter or cashew butter

  •  For a nut free option, use tahini or sunflower seed butter

Chocolate options

  •  Any chocolate can be used based on your preferences

  •  Dark chocolate works well for a richer flavour

Rolling and texture tips

  • Wet your hands slightly if the mixture feels sticky

  • Chill the mixture for ten minutes before rolling if it feels too soft
