The Offer

The EHP Labs Scratch & WIN (In-store) and Spin & Win (Online) promotion grants customers an automatic entry to receive one guaranteed prize when they make a single transaction of $50 or more on any EHP Labs products.

Promotional Period

The promotion runs from Tuesday, December 2nd through to Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025.

Eligibility and Entry

• Entry is open to all customers who purchase $50 or more of EHP Labs products in a single transaction during the promotional period.
• In-store: Customers will receive a physical Scratch Card with their qualifying purchase.
• Online: Customers will be prompted to spin the digital Prize Wheel to reveal their prize once the $50 EHP Labs purchase threshold is met.
• Limit of one entry (scratch card or wheel spin) per qualifying transaction.

Prizes

• Once a claim is submitted, the SavedBy support team and our customer service team will jointly review the issue.
• You will be contacted within 24 business hours to discuss the next steps.
• If the claim is approved, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

• SavedBy Package Protection does not cover issues related to incorrect address submissions, delivery refusals, or packages marked as delivered but subsequently misplaced without evidence of theft.

From the manufacturer: Protein is a natural product and its amino acid profile canvary slightlyseason to season. This means that factors such as amino acids may appear slightly different from one batch to another. These are natural variances rather than formulation changes.

To ensure accuracy and transparency, we update our Nutritional Information Panels (NIPs) when new data becomes available. This can result in minor adjustments to the listed values, but the underlying formula and ingredient composition remain consistent.

Evolve's protein figures are now "Flavour Specific" rather than a combined average across flavours previously.

We aim to provide you with the highest quality pre-workout products. However, due to the nature of the ingredients used in both stimulant and non-stimulant pre-workouts and thermogenics, some products may clump over time. These ingredients are hygroscopic, meaning they naturally attract moisture from the environment. The products we sell are supplied by third party suppliers and we aren’t the manufacturer. To maintain the product's freshness and performance, we strongly recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, or even in the fridge, with the lid securely tightened after each use.

Please note the following important points regarding your purchase:

1. Clumping and Moisture Exposure:

• Clumping does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. Simply break up the clumps with a spoon or shake the container to restore usability.
• Frequent opening of the container increases exposure to air and humidity, raising the chances of clumping.

2. Storage Recommendations:

• Always keep the product in a cool, dry environment away from heat and humidity.
• Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after each use to minimise moisture exposure.

3. Return Policy:

• Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are either:
• Unopened and in original condition, or
• Opened with zero serves consumed (must include proof of no usage).

Order Collection

Orders placed using our Click and Collect service must be picked up within 7 days from the notification of availability.

Notification of Availability

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your order is ready for collection. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of placing your order.

Collection Requirements

To collect your order, you will need to present the 6 digit pin in the email or SMS.

Amendments to Collection Period

If you are unable to collect your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us before the 7-day period ends to discuss alternative arrangements. Extensions are subject to availability and discretion.

Stock Availability & Fulfillment

We strive to ensure accurate stock levels at our stores; however, on rare occasions, an item in your Click & Collect order may be unavailable due to a stock discrepancy. If this occurs, we will attempt to source your order from another ASN location or our online warehouse.

If your order needs to be shipped, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide tracking details once dispatched.

If you prefer to cancel or modify your order instead, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Free Sample

Free samples are available with eligible Click & Collect orders, while stock lasts.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• One sample per order only.
• Sample availability may vary between stores.
• Sample type, brand, and flavour may differ depending on store stock.
• Samples are selected at the discretion of the store team based on availability.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order is placed, changes to items or collection locations cannot be made. If you no longer require the order, please notify us, and a refund will be processed.

Rejections

While we strive to fulfill all Click & Collect orders, there may be instances where an item is unavailable due to stock discrepancies or other unforeseen issues. In the event of a rejection:

• You will be notified as soon as possible, though please allow up to a few days for processing.
• A full refund will be issued promptly after the rejection is confirmed.
• The store will be in contact with you throughout the process to provide updates and assistance.

Return Policy

Clearance products are sold as final sale, meaning no returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind or incorrect choice. Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• damaged, or
