Since making the switch to Recov I have noticed better recovery post workout + better pumps and heaps more endurance during my workouts. Also, I have never been leaner!!

I take 6 tablets pre, 2 tablets post workout and have dropped all my other protein/amino acid supplements.

This stuff really works...

I think the ASN Bi-Peptides are fantastic for quick and easy post supplement,after training deadlifts for 3 hours its sometimes hard to stomach ,a shake of eggs milk ice cream protein powder, You get the same benefits maybe more by just having 4-6 tablets straight after easy as 👍 Thanks ASN
