HOW TO USE

Mix 1 scoop (serving) with 235-295ml of water or drink of choice, preferably within 30 minutes after exercise on training days. For best results, Ghost Size should be taken on both training/non-training days with plenty of water. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24-hour period.

    Good for the Creatine and Beta Alanine Habit

    I enjoy this and I feel like it makes a difference to my muscle development. My numbers are going up, though its hard to attribute gains to just one thing.

    Where Ghost comes in:

    Taking basic creatine power on its own is a bit boring. I forget to take it.

    By contrast, I look forward to taking the Ghost version because of the taste and the kick from the Beta Alanine. I take it every day.

    Ghost size has a really good taste of watermelon warheads and definitely gives you that noticeable boost in the gym, strength from the 2 creatine sources really noticeable aswell, gets the tingles going slightly too, great product for the price!!
