No hesitation in recommending this! Delicious flavour (very sweet though - which may not be to some peoples liking). I found the sweetness helped stop my after dinner craving for sugar. I was able to go to sleep easier and stayed asleep longer. Mixes nicely and is a steaming cup of guilt free deliciousness.

With having a horrible sleep pattern and not wanting to take sleeping tablets. I yog I would give this a go.

I have this with 200mls hot water and 100mls almond milk and its so yummy. Its sweet so its curbing the night time cravings and it is giving me the added benefits of sleeping through the night. This is going to become part of my regular stack!
