I’m better known online as “The Recomp Pro”, One of the Australia’s top Recomposition specialists, comp prep coaches.
I’m also a competitive bodybuilder and the Head Coach of my coaching team “The Indomitable Crew”, overseeing and mentoring 5 junior coaches and collectively as a team coach in excess of 400+ individuals from all over australis and even internationally.
Based out of Seaford Melbourne, Where we have our own training facility The Indomitable Warehouse which is a private coaching facility custom build to accommodate the training requirements of the athletes we work with.
I’ve been affiliated with ASN since back in 2017 starting as a Victorian ambassador before being offered the opportunity to become an ASN National Athlete after helping out with a couple of ASN national challenges as a coach/mentor for the ASN challengers.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS:
With the Australian WBFF having switched their affiliation to the new FMG Competitions. I’m stepping away from the federation and pursuing what has always been a long-term goal of competing as a super heavy weight in the IFBB.
Plan is to make my IFBB Debut October 2024 doing the IFBB Vic champs and backing it up with the IFBB Pro qualifier a few weeks later. Depending how successful these shows are for me, plan is to then prep on towards the Japan IFBB Pro qualifier in November.
As a competitive Bodybuilder wanting to compete amongst some of the countries best, I follow a strict nutrition plan year-round. Whether I’m in prep or a current “build phase”, my meals a weighed to the gram and never wavered from.
In an off-season, calories can push as high as 7,500 calories and in prep they have pulled down as low as 2,000 calories in the past.
Really, I’m very robotic with my nutrition approach and I eat however and whatever is needed to get the job done.
DO YOU FOLLOW ANY SPECIFIC TRAINING SCHEDULE OR TYPES OF TRAINING YOU DO:
I train 6 days a week in the gym with a heavy focus on hypertrophy through progressive overload, I track my lifts weekly with the intention of increasing strength over a period of time knowing this increase in strength should lead to further muscle growth.
Current split: Chest/shoulders, Quads, Back, Arms, Hamstrings, Arms, rest.
