I have tried around 10 pre workouts and this is the best. A close second is end of days. I take around 1.25 scoops and feel super energised with no symptons other than a really mild itch on my nose sometimes.

Been along time since I found a pre workout that hits right.
Besides the 1.2l of water they insist on going with it. I just do 400ml
Pricey for the serving size.
