The powder can be a little messy to mix. Needs sugar and milk but then the taste is good.

Wow! I'm am making sure I have this on hand every month! I use my garmin watch to track my cycle and symptoms so I compared a typical cycle to my current one using the period coffee and here's what I found:
Bloating - 5 days ⬇️️ 1 day
Mood - Cranky ➡️️ Energetic
Cramping - 5 days ⬇️️ 2 days
Headache - 3 days ⬇️️ 1 day
Cravings - 5 days ⬇️️ 1 day
Weight - I normally finish my period 0.5kg heavier than starting (fluctuating throughout) ⬇️️ I ended my period 0.3kg lighter than starting (still fluctuating a bit throughout)
I cannot recommend this enough! Having PCOS, I had no idea what to expect and whilst it did not get rid of my symptoms completely, it absolutely made enough of a positive difference to make me want to make this a staple supplement!

Okay, I was super sceptical about this product to begin with, like would it actually help?
I decided to try it as I normally get horrible endo flair ups and resort to very strong painkillers at the first sign of cramping.
I could feel pain coming on gradually one morning and decided I may as well give this coffee a go. It worked?!?! The pain disappated and never eventuated into anything stronger that day. The next day the same thing, and again this coffee reduced symptoms. I didn't need my usual codeine all week! I highly recommend trying it even just once to see if it works for you

Absolutely amazing product. 100% helps with bloating, headaches and cramps instantly. I'm amazed at how quickly it worked. I even use it on the odd days i have headaches (when not on my periods) because it works better than anything else. Mixes well with hot water or cold water as an iced coffee (my favourite). Definitely a must have!!
