Health and fitness is my LIFE. Growing up playing an array of sports flat out almost 7 days a week. Joined the gym on my 16th birthday and haven’t looked back since. After 7 years of hypertrophy training I can say that I have truly found my purpose and passion.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS:
To pursue my dream of becoming a pro bodybuilder. Maintain my love for training and improving the fitness industry as a whole. I want to set a good example for the younger generations coming through the ranks and show everyone what is possible with hard work, determination, dedication and consistency.
My diet mainly consists of lean protein sources, easy digesting carbs and healthy fats. Some examples of foods I consume are chicken, beef, turkey, pork, yoghurt and WPI for all my protein sources. Then for carbs I like to stick to simple sources like rice, pasta, potato, bagels, oats, honey, cereal and LOTS of fruit. My healthy fats come from nut butters, dairy products and clean organic oils.
Do you follow any specific training schedule or types of training that you do:
I strictly train for bodybuilding. Hypertrophy style, slow and controlled reps. Aiming to put the targeted muscle under as much mechanical tension as possible. Taking my working sets to failure and incorporating things like drop sets and supersets to completely exhaust the muscle.
Multiple best and fairest awards, MVPs and premierships growing up during my junior sporting days. Since switching all my focus to bodybuilding I have just begun my competitive career. It’s only just the beginning, this sport is a marathon not a sprint.

CURRENT SUPPLEMENT STACK:
My current supp stack consists of l-glutamine, creatine, stim pre, pump formula, eaas, electrolytes, WPI, magnesium and collagen. My stack will change throughout the year depending on what phase I’m in.
