3-Ingredient Dalgona Coffee Protein Shake

What you'll need:

Method:

  1. Add 1 scoop of protein into your protein shaker, followed by 150ml of cold water and shake until well combined. 
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add your coffee (you can use any instant coffee as a substitute for Before You Speak Coffee), 2tsp of sugar and 2tsp of boiling hot water. Stir until the coffee has dissolved. 
  3. Using your electric mixer, beat your ingredients until hard peaks form. 
  4. Next, pour your protein shake into a glass or cup, then add the coffee mixture by scooping it on top of the protein shake with a spoon. 
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon or chocolate powder, if desired.
