Salmon Poke Bowl Recipe

100g Brown Rice (cooked weight)

1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

75g Cucumber

50g Edamame

100g Smoked Salmon

0.5g Capsicum

1 tsp Sesame Seeds

1 pinch Coriander


  1. Cook rice as per package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, remove core from capsicum and thinly slice. Thinly slice cucumber.
  3. When rice has cooked, mix in soy sauce and sesame oil to season.
  4. Place edamame beans in a bowl and pour boiling water over to cook. Leave for a minute and then drain.
  5. Place seasoned rice in a bowl, with capsicum, cucumber, edamame beans and smoked salmon beside.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped coriander over.
  7. Enjoy.
