1/2 mashed banana

1 egg

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/4 cup of brewed coffee with almond milk

1. Combine all ingredients in a mug and microwave at 30 sec intervals until a cake is formed.

2. Let rest for 1 minute, then cut into 3 layers.

3. Mix water with more Evolve Pro-Treat to create a custard-like consistency.
