Hyper Sleep is designed to put you into a deep anabolic sleep to enhance muscular recovery through protein synthesis and human growth hormone release. Hyper Sleep also helps induce REM sleep, which has a profound effect on muscle growth and physical well being.
Assess your tolerance by mixing 1/2 scoop in 120-150ml of water 30 minutes prior to sleep. Recommended serving is 1 scoop mixed with 240-300ml of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to sleep. Take Hyper Sleep for 5 days in a row and then take 2 days off.
Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day. Allow for at least 6-8 hours of sleep after using.
