R1 Clean Gainer™ should be combined with a calorie-rich diet and regular resistance training. For best results, use Rule1 Clean Gainer along with the foods and beverages that you normally consume for additional daily calories and nutrients. 

Mixing Directions 

Mix two (2) scoops of R1 Clean Gainer with 14-16 oz. of water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or blender. Shake or blend it up! 

Alternate Suggested Mix

In a blender, add your favorite fruit, a tablespoon of peanut or tree nut butter, and ice to the above, mix, and enjoy a protein-fortified smoothie!

Calorie-Dense Suggested Mix

In a blender, add one (1) serving of R1 Clean Gainer, 14-16 oz. of whole milk, and two (2) scoops of ice cream. Blend and enjoy a protein-fortified shake!
