Click & Collect allows you to shop online at your convenience, then choose which store you'd like to collect your order from. There's no additional costs for Click & Collect and no delivery charges.

If Click & Collect is available at a store near you, and your order is over $20, then you'll be able to choose Click & Collect from the shipping methods section during checkout.
A store team member will contact you to let you know that your order is ready for pickup.

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to be eligible for Click & Collect?
Yes, there's a $20 minimum order amount for Click & Collect orders.
Why is there no option for Click & Collect at checkout?
Click & Collect will only appear during checkout if you are within 25km's of a store, and your order is over $20.
Is there a cost for Click & Collect?
No, there are no additional costs, handling fees, or delivery charges for Click & Collect orders.
When can I collect my order?
A store team member will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 1-3 business days for the orders to be delivered from our National Distribution Centre in QLD to your store (orders over 5kg may take longer than 3 business days).
How long do I have to collect my order?
Please collect your order within 10 days of being contacted by the store when it's ready for pickup. If you do not collect your order within 10 days then it will be sent back to our National Distribution Centre and a refund will be made minus a $10 restocking fee.
Can I collect my order before it arrives if the product is available in-store?
Unfortunately, we are unable to use in-store stock for click & collect orders. We will notify you as soon as your order is available for pickup.
Do I need to bring anything to collect my order?
Yes, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo identification. You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.
Can I change my Click & Collect order?
Please contact our customer service team on (07) 5549 2524 as soon as possible if you need to change your order.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Sure, please notify the store team member at the time of contact when your order is ready for pickup. They will need to bring a copy of the order confirmation email and photo identification to collect on your behalf.
What is your returns policy for Click & Collect orders?
In most cases an item can be returned to the store it was collected from unless the store doesn't normally stock the product. In this case, the return will need to go through our online store.
