If you’re training at a high level, it is essential that you maintain your hydration to compete at the highest level. This formula is clinically trialled to fuel endurance, allowing you to perform at a high level for extended periods of time. If you’re playing a team sport, preparing for a marathon, or spending 10+ hours on the job site in the sweltering heat, you need to remain hydrated to allow you to perform.

This formula uses carbohydrates for energy, delivering 20g of carbohydrates per serving, which is the recommended dose for exercise lasting longer than one hour. By using microcrystalline fructose and maltodextrin, this formula can offers excellent carbohydrate absorption and fluid intake. Additionally, each serving contains a blend of minerals to replace electrolytes lost during sweat while supporting enhanced hydration. This formula contains sodium and potassium at their most ideal levels for endurance, as well as calcium and a patented form of magnesium called Meta Mag.

HOW TO USE

Adults: In preparation for exercise/magnesium and carbohydrate loading (Hypertonic):

Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximise muscle magnesium and endurance.

Before exercise (Isotonic):Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL ofwater. Drink one to two doses 30 minutes before exercise.

For endurance, stamina and performance (Isotonic):Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink one dose every hour of exercise.

For rehydration (Isotonic):Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink one dose every 20 minutes of exercise.

For everyday hydration and physical work demands(Isotonic):Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water.
(Hypotonic): Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 600 mL of water.
