ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I am a mum to 3 beautiful kids, a 13 year old boy and 11 year old twins (boy and girl). Im a wife to a very patient man haha. I have been a nurse since I was a teenager and 4 years ago I decided I wanted a career change. So in 10 short days I will be a primary school teacher. 3 years ago I walked into the gym, a place I now call my 2nd home. I love everything fitness and hope to now study in the fitness industry. I am a whole bundle of energy :)
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
I have been training at the gym for 3+ years. I entered my first figure competition (ANB) last year and currently training for season A in 2016. I love everything training wise, weight training, cardio, I love it all x My goals, well there forever changing, I reach one goal, I make another. My current goal is to get in the best physical shape possible, ready to hit that stage again. I love the comp life, the dedication, discipline, all of it x
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
Currently doing a 12 week body challenge. Breakfast Protein shake, oat bran and flax seed oil Meal 2,3,4,5 150g protein + 200g green veg Meal 6 Casein custard
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
Weight train 6 nights a week, fasting cardio 5 mornings a week
