ABOUT ME- "BIO"
Born and Bred in Cairns, I have had an active interest in health and fitness or simply exercise, since I was in late primary school. It started with running cross country, hockey and figure skating, followed by beach volleyball, aerobics, triathlon and eventually weight training. This is where my passion lies now and I think it will be a constant in my life for the rest of it. I am also a mother to one son, who is now an adult. I also have a fur baby which I absolutely adore. If it was realistic, I would probably have many dogs and take in all the strays I find. In 2011 I decided that I wanted to compete in figure competitions. My first season was very successful and I loved every minute of it. Since then I have done 5 seasons and entered 13 competitions.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
Training is a constant in my routine. I am currently focused on building muscle before I begin my next prep for Season A in 2016, which means structured training and making sure I eat enough to support that.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I am on a flexible nutrition program with set macros. This means I have complete freedom with my food choices as long as I hit my macro targets each day, for Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat and Fibre. This allows me to make choices that are nutritious and also allows me to include not so nutritious foods, if I feel like it.
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
My current program is progressive. I have five sessions per week. Upper, Lower1, Push, Pull and Lower 2. I have three rep ranges on my program which I rotate; light, moderate and heavy. This has allowed my to slowly increase my loads with every workout. I also have a deload week and two taper weeks, before I start my new 7 week program.

Pre Workout- Ambush with Evolve L-Glutamine and Evolve Creatine Monohydrate Intra Workout- Nubreed Helix BCAA'S Post Workout- Evolve Anabolic Injection I also use Evolve 3 Whey to supplement my protein intake during the day.
