ABOUT ME- "BIO"
My name is Luke Peressini. I have been training for 12 years and have been competing in Natural Bodybuilding since 2011. I have won multiple Qld and Australian championships for INBA & ANB and in 2014 received my Pro status in the PNBA. Since then I have pursued an interest in Powerlifting where I recently placed 3rd in the GPC Nationals U100kg class and was ranked in the GPC all time top 10 totals for U100kg with a 765kg total.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
I am currently in a body Recomposition phase where I am trying to maintain a body weight of 105kg but reduce my bodyfat level from 11% to 8% on the next 3 months with prepping for up and coming powerlifting competitions.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I diet by tracking my macros. My rations are roughly Protein 30% Carbs 40% Fats 30% Breakfast is bread with a diet spread, 1L full fat milk and Evolve 3-whey protein powder Lunches are either beef or chicken with pasta with some vegetables and cashews Pre/ Intra training I use Evolve maltodextrin and Helix BCAA's Post workout I drink 1L full fat milk with Evolve Wpi protein powder Dinner is a light meal of carbs and meat, sometimes a 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese.
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
I am currently training using a 4 day split Monday- Bench Press + ancillary work for chest Tuesday- Squats + ancillary work for legs Wednesday- rest day Thursday- Shoulder (power work) + Abs Friday- Deadlifts + ancillary back and biceps Occasionally on a weekend I will do some HIIT such as hill sprints or mobility work.
