ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I have served in the Army for 21 years and have enjoyed my career thus far, my career choice has seen me experience the honour of defending this amazing country of ours. I have an amazing family who support my crazy life style and actively encourage me to pursue my many goals. I have a real passion for fitness, everything from running through to weight training. Over the last three years I have competed in the INBA Queensland titles (masters) and the ADF and emergency services natural bodybuilding competitions. My goals looking forward are to maintain good health and be happy, I will have a year off competing and find a new fitness challenge.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
To work on my complete overall fitness by finding a balance between strength, endurance and cardio fitness. Maintain a healthy living attitude and be happy.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I like to stick to a high protein low carb diet, I often play with high and low carb days to work out the most effective way to maintain lean muscle mass. I do enjoy the two cheat meals per week, healthy eating equals healthy life.
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
At the moment I'm walking 5km 6 days a week, I currently train in the weight room twice a day (two body parts per day) 5 days a week. I also have to participate in 3 PT lead group sessions per week. I also through in a few 5 - 10 km runs per week.
