ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I have worked in the fitness industry since 2011. My hometown is Scone, NSW. I'm a personal trainer and online coach. I have a huge passion for helping others achieve their goals, becoming better within themselves, both physically and emotionally. Seeing my clients results is motivation everyday for me to become the best trainer I can possibly be. I compete as a men's physique athlete in natural bodybuilding competitions, and I am currently 6 weeks out from competing in my national competition which I had qualified for in April.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
2nd Place in men's physique Novice 2nd Place in men's physique Opens Qualified for Nationals in October 2015 Creating a better physique each day and always progressing forward is my main goal.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
While on comp prep, my diet is very strict and restricted, which I actually prefer to be on compared to offseason diet. My offseason diet contains more variety, a higher level of carbohydrates and fats. While on prep, each meal usually varies around 200g Chicken/Steak and Veggies, depending on the time of day.
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
My current training is about 2 hours of weights and 45 minutes of cardio a day, which is spread over 2 sessions. My offseason training is slightly more relaxed, less strict than while on comp prep.
