Hi Guys! Iv been training competing and working around the fitness industry for over 10 years. I started boxing at age 10 and have had over 70 amature fights across QLD, NSW and the Northern territory. Iv held the Australian and Queensland title for 2 years. I'm currently working on my personal trainers course through AIPT and once done will be taking on clients and helping them reach there fitness goals and improve their lives through fitness. Also using my boxing back ground to run group boxing classes and small boot camps. I'm currently working as a boilermaker fifo from cairns to groote island. I live in trinity beach cairns in my new house which was completed in November 2016.
I'm currently working towards stepping on stage in February and March in 2018 and competing in the IFBB Physique division.
I'm a avid IIFYM dieter and love the flexibility that comes with it. By being able to enjoy the foods you love and still reach your fitness goals. I'm currently in a calorie surplus and will continue too bulk until October. And then by reducing my calorie intake I'll cut to compete.
I train 5-6 times a week. Focusing on heavy movements as well as super sets and giant sets. Using the calorie surplus I'm in to try and build as much muscle as possible. Once i start cutting I'll introduce high intensity sprints sessions and low intensity walking.
I currently use and absoulty love the supplements from ASN. Including oxyshred which I use as soon as I wake up before breakfast. And xtend BCAAs which I drink during the day. My prework out stack is WTF from alpha breed Stacked with big noise. As a post work out stack I have ASN evolve whey protein with vitargo.
Having over 70 amature boxing fights. Winning And defending the 71kg Australian and Queensland title. The Queensland golden gloves and state titles. Playing rugby league and AFL for northern territory state teams. Competing in the IFBB Physique division (future goals)
Rocky- Doesn't matter how many times you get hit. You just have to keep moving forward.
