ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I'm 26 years old training out of Goodlife fortitude valley. I first started lifting when I was 17 years old, I'd broken my foot during a rugby league game and decided I was going to try and use the time off to build some muscle. I trained about 4-5 a week until I was roughly 24. I made some progress but nothing crazy. It wasn't until a guy at the gym I actually looked up to approached me and offered to give me some advice when things took a big jump. Gym and now dieting for the first time quickly became an obsession! I'm currently 9 weeks out from competing in the ifbb men's physique state titles. It's crazy to think when I first walked through the gym doors I was 65kg and now I around 6%bf sitting on 90kg first thing in the morning. With the help and support from asn I'm hoping to bring a package that will shock a few people.
