ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I'm a part time model & brand ambassador but would one day love to work with animals. I've grown up in the beautiful hunter valley with amazing friends and family. A lot of people think i'm very quiet at first because i can be a little shy but i'm actually really outgoing once you get to know me. I'm probably one of the biggest animal lovers to ever walk the earth. I love being outdoors in the sunshine & exploring beautiful places. I love discovering & creating good healthy food with amazing flavours. I've always been into sports & fitness. When i was younger i competed in sports aerobics, then moved on to little athletics, gymnastics, & then i found the gym. It still amazes me that you can transform your body into anything you want it to be with discipline & the right diet.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
Overall health is very important to me. When i'm eating good, nourishing foods it makes me feel good inside and out. I want to live a long, happy & healthy life. Exercise & nutrition are the two keys to that. I would love to become better at running & experience other types of exercise like yoga, boxing & pilates. My main goal is to keep a lean body all year round.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I have been a vegetarian for 5 months now and absolutely love it! I've had to adjust my meals to suit my needs for training & future goals. Breakfast - Choc banana protein pancakes or banana berry protein smoothie. Snack - Rice cakes with avocado & tomato Lunch - Honey soy tofu with brown rice & greens. Snack - Zucchini fritters Dinner - Quinoa & Kale salad with garlic mushrooms. Snack - Evolve Lipo Whey Shake (before bed)
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
I try to train as many days as possible. I've always enjoyed early morning cardio sessions in the gym & also outdoors which i do a lot of mornings to kick start the day. I also do weight training focusing on a different muscle group with each session. Abs are something i LOVE to train!
CURRENT SUPPLEMENT STACK (INCLUDING"WHEN" YOU TAKE THEM)
Protein - EVOLVE Lipo Whey. I use my lipo whey in smoothies, pancakes & other goodies but also have it for a snack or before bed. Thermogenic - Thermonuke or Ketrim. I like to take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before a cardio session. Intra Workout - Helix BCAA. I drink my BCAA's during a workout Post workout - EVOLVE WPI. I have my post workout shake straight after a workout.
