ABOUT ME (BIO)
I'm a very bubbly character that lives and breathes the fitness industry. I believe educating my clients so they can walk away with life long knowledge on living a healthy and fit lifestyle. I love motivating people and being an inspiration to all.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
I am currently prepping for my first ever fitness/sports model comp at INBA Townsville. My aim is to do back to back seasons and take a season off to continue into WBFF where I plan to absolutely demolish the show.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
Meals 5 times a day:
Brekky: Meat, veggies & avocado
Meal 2: Meat, veggies & nuts
Meal 3: Meat, veggies & nuts
Pre gym: Tuna, rice cakes or rice
Post: WPI and higher carb day I also have a banana
Dinner: Meat, veggies, organic butter
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
Current training is a hypertrophy focusing on the judging criteria of my comp.
Legs, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Cardio/off, HIIT lower body, HIIT upper body
Abs are trained intensely 2 times a week.

WPI - post workout
Evolve Greens - in the morning
Thermonuke - pre workout or in the morning with greens
Supernova pre workout - pre workout
DIM - first thing in the morning
Subcut & Block E - pre workout & after shower before bed
