ABOUT ME- "BIO"
Originally from Melbourne, living in Brisbane the past 4 years. Fitness and property are both my passions, earlier morning and late night I am in the gym and during the day I manage property for all my investor clients. I believe nothing in life is just handed to you and if you want something bad enough and want to be successful you have to work at it and strive to be the best. I love Ronda Rousey's quote - "Dont be a do-nothing b**tch" I love to empower women, and I love that weight training has not only helped me build an inner strength but an outside resilience to the world to!
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
I work out most days, not because I hate my body but because I love it. My current fitness goals are that include my booty getting rounder and my waist getting smaller. My health goals are to ensure I am eating more food than ever before and trying to increase this as high as possible and really ramp up the metabolism and build muscle, while staying relatively lean.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I believe EVERYTHING in moderation. I have done the restriction mindset with diet in my first comp, and afterwards I came undone. I created a really bad relationship with food labelling good and bad. Im finally at a place where I have a balanced lifestyle. Eating clean 80% during the week, fuelling the body for training and on the weekend, I allow myself 20% whatever, so a cider, something sweet etc. Breakfast - Meat & fats & piece of fruit Meal 2 - Protein, carbs and veggies Meal 3 - Much the same as Meal 2 Dinner - Meat and veggies & some 70% dark chocolate after dinner
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
I love hypertrophy training a week will go something like MON - Back & rear delts WED- Hammies and glutes FRI - Shoulders, bi's and tri's SAT- Quads, glutes & calves

HUMAPRO - Strawberry and Kiwi flavour - OMGEE! My favourite by far, drink it before training Glutamine - Pre & post training L- carnitine and green machine - every morning upon waking up with half a squeezed lemon
