ABOUT ME- "BIO"

I started training around the age of 15, when I first joined a gym, and have been hooked ever since. The look of the ”old-school” physique has always been my greatest source of motivation, as I ultimately seek to have a physique of similar proportions, that is still aesthetic and a naturally appealing balance of size, symmetry, proportion and conditioning.

 

CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS

My goal in the industry is to motivate and inspire as many people as i can to live an active, healthy lifestyle and get the most out of it.

 

NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)

  • - Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 eggs, banana
  • - Meal 2: 200g Barramundi fillet, 150g Basmati rice, 150g greens (preworkout)
  • - Meal 3: 200g chicken breast, 150g basmati rice, 150g greens (post workout)
  • - Meal 4: 150g turkey mince, 150g greens
  • - Meal 5: 150g chicken breast, 150g greens
  • - Meal 6: Casein shake, 30g almonds (before bed)

 

TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)

  • - Day 1: Chest
  • - Day 2: Legs
  • - Day 3: Back
  • - Day 4: Arms
  • - Day 5: Shoulders
  • - Day 6: Legs
