I started training around the age of 15, when I first joined a gym, and have been hooked ever since. The look of the ”old-school” physique has always been my greatest source of motivation, as I ultimately seek to have a physique of similar proportions, that is still aesthetic and a naturally appealing balance of size, symmetry, proportion and conditioning.
