Trying to stay lean but I'm currently looking to move towards competing in men's physique/ bodybuilding
Protein smoothies for breakfast with 3 high carb/protein (brown rice, meat and vegetables) meals over the course of the day with a snack in between meals (usually shakes or protein bars) aswell as pre and post training food
Training 6 days a week with weights aswell as 1 day of cardio by playing touch football (sessions are usually 1-2 hours long)
Nutrakey ISO whey in my morning shakes as well as having it for snacks between meals Testpro- in the mornings glycolog tablets before and after training Gentech Amino Lean BCAA during workouts Alphabreed WTF preworkout Hyrdoxyburn Shred on cardio days before games
