ABOUT ME- "BIO"
My name is Samuel Hann, 24 year old bar manager living in Sydney. My hobbies (now) include yoga, gymnastics, running, weight training, cheat meals and buying supplements.
My hobbies pre challenge: lifting weights, eating kfc and drinking on the weekends.
LIFE BEFORE THE CHALLENGE
Before the challenge I was what I like to call a 'social lifter', meaning I would still training at the gym 4-5 days a week, but only weight training, with no cardio, and minimal regards to correct nutrition.
My Challenge Journey...
When I begun the challenge, I saw results relatively quickly as I was fully committed. Training 7 days a week with a variety of different training methods. I decided to try hot yoga during the challenge to drop a bit of body fat, yoga is now my favourite form of exercise and I will be commencing my yoga teacher training overseas at the end of the year.

I want to become a yoga teacher. Look at broadening my fitness knowledge by studying various training methods, i.e Yoga, Gymnastics and Calisthenics.
