When I undertook the 2015 BTC i was working as a laborer with my father in law, but results of the challenge took me down the fitness path and I'm now a qualified personal trainer with vision lane cove. When I'm not in the gym or eating, I love playing video games or reading.

My Challenge Journey...
It was time to bring out my long forgotten drinking, partying, fast food covered abs and get my body back on track, so i took this opportunity with both hands and did my best to smash it out of the park. I trained harder then I'd ever trained, I ate better then i ever ate and I havent looked back since I finished.
TRAINING SCHEDULE (CURRENT TRAINING)
Being a laborer i was starting work at 6 every morning, so i was waking up to do 45 minutes of cardio every morning and doing weights every night after work. It was gruelling but combined with my new improves eating habits and my new found energy, I smashed each and every day.
CURRENT SUPPLEMENT STACK (INCLUDING"WHEN" YOU TAKE THEM)
I didnt use anything too crazy. I got great results from taking my carnatine before my cardio, Nitraflex before training and gentec PB2 during training and found a new love for evolves protein.
Mentally i proved to myself what i was capable of, my weight wasnt much of a difference, but i had a solid 10% body fat drop. Now i no what i can do, I'd really like to take it to the next level and jump on stage and do a few bodybuilding competitions.
