ABOUT ME

I am a WBFF Bikini Pro Diva, Competition Posing/Stage Coach, Model & currently undertaking my cert 3 & 4 in personal training & nutrion.

FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS

Current Goals are competing at WBFF World Championships in the Professional Bikini Category in August 2016. Also finishing my PT & nutrition course so i can start prepping clients. I am also publishing a cook book hopefully by the end of next year.

NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)

I split up my energy sources, so I have fats, protein and greens first 2 meals. Then protein & greens, then carbs protein & greens for last 2 meals and a shake before bed.

TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)

Fasted cardio 4 x a week for 40 mins 
Weights at night, rotating this split with a rest day every 3rd-4th day depending how I feel. 
Back bi's & chest have been cut out of training this close to the stage.

CURRENT SUPPLEMENT STACK (INCLUDING"WHEN" YOU TAKE THEM)

First thing in the morning before fasted cardio I take carnitine RX with pinkops thermonuke or ATP AMP-V.
Morning smoothie is 1/2 avocado, small amount of frozen fruit (berries pineapple or mango), scoop humapro, helix bcaas, glutamine & greenmachine topped with coconut water. 
Preworkout - creatine, carnitine RX with pinkops thermonuke
Intra - helix bcaas & evolve maltodextrin 
Post - creatine glutamine & BPM the one 
Before bed - oxywhey protein shake

FITNESS ACHIEVEMENTS

ANB Bikini Model 2nd place ANB Fitness Model 5th place WBFF Bikini Model 2nd place and Pro Card WBFF Fitness Model 6th place Also competed with INBA mixed bikini & fitness 4th place And another ANB Bikini model top 10.
