ABOUT ME- "BIO"

Kirsty is a 2015 Oxygen Magazine Cover Girl, Plant-Fuelled/Vegan Sports-Model, WBFF Diva Bikini and Fitness Competitor and Main Coach for Fit Body Pro Online Body Transformations and Competition Prep. Kirsty is sponsored athlete with PIBA, certified fitness instructor and dance instructor running her own dance school, (Kirstar Dance & Talent Factory - Rouse Hill and North Rocks) since 2003. She has a background in TVC Acting, Professional Dancing, Athletics and Professional Wrestling (2001-2008) and has been competing in Body Building Competitions in the Bikini categories since 2013.

CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS

My main goals at the moment are to improve my whole physique and create denser, leaner muscle. I have a number of areas of my body I am focusing on improving specifically such as my delts, back, gluteals, legs and abs. After placing 2nd at my last competition (WBFF GC May 2015), the next time I step on stage, I want to have created a physique worthy of winning and earning a WBFF Pro Card so I can compete internationally. I also want to achieve all of this while being and feeling my healthiest, happiest and most energetic!

NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET) 

 I live on a plant-fuelled/vegan diet. I don't eat anything that comes from an animal. I carb cycle with Medium, Low and High Carb days, and 2 scheduled refeeds/"cheat meals" a week currently. I have 5 meals a day consisting of (depending on what day in the carb cycle I am on): tofu, quinoa, sweet potato, broccoli, mushrooms, avocado, almond spread, coconut oil. And I have 3 serves of EVOLVE Supernatural Pea Protein daily and 1 serve of EVOLVE Supernatural Green Machine daily.

TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)

I have 4 mornings a week where I perform fasted steady state cardio for 30mins. Weight Training: Mon - Chest and Triceps Tues - Quads and Calves Wed - Back and Biceps Thurs - Delts and Abs Fri - Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves Sat - Chest and Delts Sun - Just Cardio
