ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I am a mum of 3. I work part time and the kids and the gym take up the rest of my spare time, as well as some study now as well. Hobbies include; running (never thought i would ever say that) and music (playing it or singing it).
LIFE BEFORE THE CHALLENGE
My life before the challenge had changed drastically. I had spent 20 years previous to it morbidly obese weighing in at 110kgs at my heaviest (I'm only 153cm tall). 18 months before ASN i had lost the bulk of that weight after joining Goodlife and meeting my trainer Karl Giles. Before this i was lethargic, lazy and just so sad. I had no confidence and i was just existing.
My Challenge Journey...
I used ASN to give me focus to lose that last 10 or so kgs. I found this weight the hardest to shift and the challenge gave me the focus i needed to do it.
TRAINING SCHEDULE (CURRENT TRAINING)
My training schedule hasnt changes too much in the last year. It consists of predominantly cardio HIIT based training most days and weight sessions a couple of times a week.
CURRENT SUPPLEMENT STACK (INCLUDING"WHEN" YOU TAKE THEM)
I used and still take Evolve 3-Whey, L-Carnitine and a few others but these were my go to..
My results speak for themselves, I dropped 10-12kg over the 10 weeks and 3 dress sizes. Mentally i am a totally different person, I have gone from being sad and withdrawn to being so happy and i try and put myself out there more. I have a new confidence that oozes from me.
