I am a Vegetarian and consume eggs as my only animal product. I eat ALOT of sweet potato, oats, nuts and nut butters, fruit and vegetables.
I currently train 3x per day, 6 days per week under the watchful eye of my Coach Joel Hudson
PranaON Power Plant Protein with breakfast, before bed and with Gen-Tec Pure Carbs after each training session. MuscleWerks BCAA's or Evolve DamageControl during training and between meals.
