ABOUT ME- "BIO"
I am what you can call a fitness fanatic! Love lifting weights, Arkan Martial Arts, Boxing, Rugby League and Rugby Union. I've been a part of the Purple & Black ASN crew for 3 years and i throw my heart and soul into it and really get a kick out of helping others reach the goals they set.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
Previolsy I have played Rugby union and done CrossFit competitively but now I'm just about being a strong, fit, happy and healthy as I possibly can and progress in my new favorite form of Martial Arts Arakan.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I don't weigh my food at all not being a competitive body builder but on a typical day I will consume 5-6 meals in a day mostly clean food but do indulge in sweet's when i feel like it :)
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
6 days a week consisting of Isolation weight training 1 body part per day followed by interval sprints/cardio type stuff and Arakan Martial Arts 6 days a week. I also throw in a couple of session at the stores affiliate ie- CrossFit, F45 or MMA
