Growing up I have always been actively into sports and fitness. As I started high school I took basketball and Muay Thai as my favourite sports and focused on them. I can remember my little brother wanting a home weights set for his birthday. Dad knowing I have always wanted to push myself asked if I would like to pitch in as it would help me progress with my physical side in my chosen sports. He was shocked when I said I had no interest in lifting weights or getting big. That quickly changed. As I started off with just a bench press, barbell and a set of dumbbells I purchased a book of 101 exercises and began choosing exercises out of the book to try. I enjoyed seeing the strength and size gains I joined the local gym and the rest is history.
My current goals is to aim for ICN Season A 2018 men's physique. To take out men's physique at the Australian and International level. Then to push further and try the IFBB men's physique stage lining up with some of Australia's best bodybuilders and physique competitors.
