ABOUT ME- "BIO"
My name is Adrian Pang. I was born & raised in Papua New Guinea until the age of 13 which is when we moved to Australia to further our education. I have an extensive background in traditional martial arts before taking up the ultimate sport of MMA. I have been competing professionally in MMA " Mixed Martial Arts" for 14 years & I am the owner & operator of Integrated MMA based at Stafford which is Australia's number one & most successful MMA gym, we have produced 28 professional MMA champions since our inception which is more than probably every MMA gym in Australia combined. I was the first Australian to win a Cage fighting title which was in 2004 & I have fought all over the world Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, New Zealand, China & all around Australia. I was the striking coach for the Ultimate Fighter series Australia Vs Canada alongside former team mate & UFC fighter Kyle Noke. Currently contracted with Asia's largest & number 1 promotion One Fighting Championship & I am ranked number 1 MMA lightweight in the country.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS
I always stay in shape & keep a two a day training program. Before fights I increase the intensity & add running & sprint training but apart from that I like to stay in shape as it is a lifestyle that I enjoy.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET)
I always eat clean all year round so I never blow out of my weight category. I enjoy chicken, rice & green leafy vegetables so my diet is always good. I like my doses of chocolate & ice cream but I burn that off so fast it's not a problem.
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING)
Currently my own training consists of two session per day as well as coaching duties at my gym Integrated MMA Basically strength & conditioning twice per week at Nitro Boxing & Fitness Chermside Striking at Team Compton training centre twice per week with our head striking coach & my long time coach Steve Compton. MMA training every week night at Integrated MMA under the guidance of head coach Dan Higgins which consists of Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & MMA training. Saturdays is my last hard conditioning day where I may do combinations of sprints & circuit training to emulate a MMA fight.
CURRENT SUPPLEMENT STACK (INCLUDING"WHEN" YOU TAKE THEM)
I take a mixture of thing's depending on my schedule. Evolve Anabolic injection is the best post workout drink after each & every workout. Evolve WPI protein I take when I rise, during the days & before bed to keep my protein intake up so my muscle tissue keeps restoring. Evolve new green machine is great to which I drink during the day. I also take maximum strength fish oil tablets as well as a maximum strength glucosamine/chondroitin tablets each night.
