INSTRUCTIONS
Shake or blend 80g (2 raised scoops) in 400ml water or milk. Use between meals or 60-90 minutes before training and/or within 30 minutes after exercise. Up to 3 serves per day. NOTE
(a) the product may assist in providing a low-bulk diet as may be required during training; and
(b) the product may assist in supplementing the diet with a high energy source as may be required during training; and
(c) the product is useful either before, during and/or after sustained strenuous exercise.
