Musashi Nourish with Amino Suspension Technology is a powdered free form amino blend containing the 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs).
Branched Chain Amino Acids are commonly used to assist muscle recovery after exercise or weight training.
One of these important amino acids L-Leucine which has been shown to decrease protein degradation & increase the production of protein in muscle known as synthesis.

INGREDIENTS
Ave Qty Per 100g Powder: Energy 1528kj, Protein 86.5g, Fat 0g, Carbohydrates 2.7g, Sugars 0.1g, Sodium 4.1mg, L-Leucine 43.1g, L-Valine 25.9g, L-Isoleucine 17.2g.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take 2 level metric teaspoons (5.8g) mixed in 100ml of water immediately following strenuous exercise or as directed. Shake well & observe the suspended amino acids & enjoy! Product can also be taken straight on the tongue & washed down.
NOTE
(a) the product may assist in providing a low-bulk diet as may be required during training; and
(b) the product may assist in supplementing the diet with a high energy source as may be required during training; and
(c) the product is useful either before, during and/or after sustained strenuous exercise.
