EVOLVE L-CARNITINE uses the biologically active L-Carnitine base form of Carnitine to provide the purest, most concentrated form of L-Carnitine available.
Carnitine is an amino acid derivative biosynthesized from the amino acids lysine and methionine. Carnitine is found in high concentrations in red meat and dairy products, particularly whey.
Carnitine plays a critical role in energy production. In human cells, it is required for the transport of fat (fatty acids) into the mitochondrial matrix so the fatty acids can be broken down via β-oxidation to obtain usable energy.
Supplementing with L-Carnitine may support optimum vitality by supplying amino acids necessary for body function.
