Overview (A Little About Me)
I am a highly energetic and enthusiastic person with a love and passion for the health and fitness industry. As a highly qualified personal trainer and group exercise specialist, I have spent many years coaching clients on achieving their dreams and ambitions. There is nothing more satisfying than being a part of people success. I have also competed in various sports at elite levels where I have been fortunate enough to enjoy mixing with brilliant athletes from around the country. In 2001 I competed for Australia in the International X Games and after have extensive knee surgery, then took up triathlons. I competed in the state titles of the Victorian Olympic Distance Triathlon held in Geelong in 2006. Since retiring from personal training and elite competitions I have started my own business in the modelling and promotions industry. On a daily basis I ensure I still keep active by running and weight training.
Interests
Running, weights at the gym, socialising with my ASN buddies.

I love sushi and KFC on a cheat day. I admire ladies who have ripped physiques.

Seeing the likes of Tif James who competed at the 2009 INBA.
Seeing the rapid growth of ASN over the past 18 months. As a business owner I find it very inspirational.

Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
I like variety in my programs. I enjoy plyometrics for legs. This is fast and ballistic training such as squats and bounding.
For upper body I like to break it up with pump classes, high reps of body resistance exercises such as dips and push ups.
Cardio Schedule- Run 10km.

Always push yourself to your limits and ensure you have variety in your training program. Train with people who inspire you and get eat a balanced healthy diet incorporated with ASNs quality supplements.
