Overview (A Little About Me)
I am a 49 year old Nana who weighed 83kg with BodyFat% of around 40% in January 2008, 16 months later I competed at 54kg and 7% body fat in the INBA Brisbane Competition and placed 4th out of 8 in the Masters Figure Class. Two weeks later I placed 4th out of 7 in the ANB Asia-Pacific International Grand Masters Figure Class... My next competition is in October 2009, I am totally addicted to this lifestyle!!!

I am motivated by setting goals to be the healthy, fit, strong woman I know I can be!!

Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)
I have trained on and off for 20 years but only seriously in the last 16 months, using programmes from firstly Jo Stewart and then Training and pre-contest nutrition from Kelli Johnson.
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
6 days a week, only training each body part once a week, pre-contest cardio every morning and every 2nd night.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
7 meals, high protein low carbs. Lots of Chicken, Tuna and egg whites

INBA 2009 Olympia in October, I want to start studying to become a Nutritionist so I can help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
