"49 and Fabulous" Overview (A Little About Me)I am a 49 year old Nana who weighed 83kg with BodyFat% of around 40% in January 2008, 16 months later I competed at 54kg and 7% body fat in the INBA Brisbane Competition and placed 4th out of 8 in the Masters Figure Class. Two weeks later I placed 4th out of 7 in the ANB Asia-Pacific International Grand Masters Figure Class... My next competition is in October 2009, I am totally addicted to this lifestyle!!!
