Overview (A Little About Me)
Married with two kids, most folk know me as MonstaDwarf, Four aussie Body Building titles along with an Oceania title.

Anything geeky, but mainly reading.

Love chocolate, training legs, laughter, and rain.

Lifting heavy weights and the euphoria of completing a successful lift.
Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)
Started in 1976 at school then on to the local sport centre. Moved to Oz on 1980 and trained at most gyms, in Melbourne. Mainly the Infamous Bayswater gym and Spartans. I now train at my own gym.
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
WEIGHTS
Every Day of the week At 7am. One bodypart. One or two warm up then Heavy, with low reps. Last few sets lighter for form and pump. Some days I train again at 3pm. Lighter weights using isometrics and static holds.
Cardio Schedule
None unless in contest prep. Then 30mins -1hr of stat bike, fast walk. Run or 1,000 steps. Depending on time and energy available...
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
Train, then have PWO shake (anabolic injection mmmmmmm)
Meal- Chicken breast fillet
Meal- Steak & nuts
Then Repeat this until day runs out

highest pro placing was 6th

Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)
Short term I want to- Win a 5th IFBB aussie show and maybe one day go back to the IFBB worlds and be the first Aussie to win a world title since the 1970’s
Long term- Quietly retire and help other to achieve their life goals
