Overview (A Little About Me)I have been competing and training for 25 years and in 2001 I won the Miss Universe Open Figure Class 2 which I had been aiming for for 8 years. Motivations (What Motivates Me)Always looking good!! Its hard work to consistently keep yourself looking good. I work at it 24 hours a day, getting lots of sleep, lots of good food and doing moderate exercise. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I started training in my early 20's in a little gym that had a few bodybuilders. I competed for the first time after 18 months training. I kept training and 10 years later competed again. I have always been my own trainer gaining advice from various people along the way. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)I do a 4 day split with weights and cardio 6 mornings and 4 nights per week.
I do each bodypart once per week and do around 10-12 reps with strict form at all times.
If I cant complete the movement with correct form I drop the weight or use a spot for a few reps.
Its not what you lift its how you lift it! I live by this motto.
Another favourite saying of mine is that 4 good reps are better than 40 bad ones!! Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)I have 6 meals per day which include:
Oatmeal, Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Vegetables & Rice & Protein shakes.
I dont have any starchy carbs after 2.00pm to keep my body fat levels low. Competition History2001- Miss Universe Open Figure
