Overview (A Little About Me)
I have played rugby league since the age of 8. Played for Canterbury Junior League until the age of 15. Between the ages of 15 & 17, I was selected for South Sydney Harold Mathews & SG Ball (Representative Rugby League).
At 18 I switched to playing for Canterbury Bulldogs (Metro Cup) for the next 3 years.
Through my years of participation in representative football I enjoyed specialised training & became aware of the importance of the combination of nutrition & physical training for optimum sports performance.
Since then, my dedication to a healthy lifestyle has remained a high priority.

Constantly striving to be the fittest I can be physically, mentally & spiritually. I am extremely motivated by the want to see other people succeed & to be an active part of their success. Yes. Yes, that’s right! My favourite motivational mentors are Anthony Robbins & Wayne Dyer.

Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
I don’t believe in having set days for set body parts as I believe it is always good to shock the body & not allow it to become victim to routine! I keep it simple, training only 2 muscle groups per session. I always perform my weights sessions in the early morning as this is when I am at my strongest & most focused.
Cardio Schedule: I perform cardio 5-6 x per week & again, never stick to a routine. My cardio is a mixture of sprint training, kick boxing/boxing & endurance activities. I have also recently discovered the “joys” of mountain biking...
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
I try to eat clean during the week & allow myself a little indulgence on the weekends (and maybe sometimes Wednesdays ... and Fridays... and Tuesdays... *kidding*)

My personal goal is to be successful in every aspect of my life.

Never do anything half-hearted. Set yourself goals & making daily steps to achieving these goals. Enjoy life!
